Do you love reading or want to be a writer? Novices, hobbyists and pros: network and explore the art and craft of writing at the third annual Festival of the Written Word! Meet local poets and authors, including Dale Brumfield, author of the new book, The Virginia State Penitentiary: A Notorious History. See panel discussions and author readings, try your hand at writing workshops, and enjoy activities for all ages. We hope to see you there!
