Central, Meadowdale and North Courthouse Road libraries will open to the public at noon. | | Warming Locations | Two libraries open as warming and power stations.
Central and North Courthouse Road libraries will be open today from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Feb. 14. Citizens who may not have power can visit these libraries to stay warm and charge their phones, laptops, and other small electronics.
Library visitors should remember to bring their mask. Facial coverings must be worn when visiting the library.
The address for the two libraries serving as warming and power locations on Feb. 14 are as follows:

• North Courthouse Road, 325 Courthouse Road, Richmond
